9.
(1) A candidate for
election as President shall
deliver his nomination paper
together with the prescribed
election fee and the
statutory declaration
referred to in article
thirty-two of the
Constitution to the
returning officer for such
election on such day, at
such time and at such place
as may be determined by the
Commission.
(2)
The nomination paper shall
be signed by not less than
two hundred registered
voters.
